This resort (1377 m), which is well-known for its particularly impressive apres ski, distinguishes itself as a winter paradise, due to its ski area and the Silvretta arena. At an altitude of 1,377 - 2872m, it offers something for every winter sports fan. For the snow boarders there is a snowboard park, for the experts approx. 210 kilometres of piste and for the cross-country skiers 45 kilometres of cross-country trails. Ischgl is practically traffic free, as visitors are encouraged to use the pedestrian tunnels, where a moving walkway transports you from one side of the village to the other.
